簡(jiǎn)單地講, 過熱水裝置就是將原來(lái)開放式的供熱方式改為封閉式的供熱方式。開放式的供熱會(huì)有大量的蒸汽和熱水被排放到空氣中, 造成了能源的浪費(fèi)。封閉式的供熱系統(tǒng)將壓機(jī)的溫度分為幾個(gè)階段, 不同階段溫度的熱能有不同的用途, 回收的熱能會(huì)被用作預(yù)熱和提升整個(gè)系統(tǒng)溫度, 從而使蒸汽用量大大降低了。關(guān)鍵的問題在于, 高溫塔具有儲(chǔ)存熱能和均衡熱能的作用, 當(dāng)有2臺(tái)或3臺(tái)壓機(jī)同時(shí)升溫的時(shí)候, 整個(gè)蒸汽系統(tǒng)的壓力就會(huì)大大降低, 甚至達(dá)不到壓機(jī)需要的最低設(shè)定溫度, 從而造成溫度差很大, 影響到產(chǎn)量和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。高溫塔會(huì)將幾臺(tái)壓機(jī)升溫所需要的熱能儲(chǔ)存起來(lái), 即使幾臺(tái)壓機(jī)同時(shí)使用, 也不會(huì)造成溫度有很大的變化。保證了產(chǎn)量和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
Simply, overheating water device changes the heating method of open to close. For the open mode, lots of steam and hot would be discharged causing waste. But for the close mode, the temperature changes in several phases in which the purposes are different. The recycled heat is used for pre-heat and raise whole system temperature, which reduce the steam consumption. The key point is that the high temperature tower functions storing and balancing heat. When 2 or 3 compressors are raised in temperature at same time, the pressure of whole steam system would reduce largely and even cannot reach the minimum setting value, which would results in the large temperature difference and impacts the production quantity and quality. High temperature would store the heat which several compressors need. In such way, the temperature would not change in large range. The production quantity and quality are guaranteed.
