過熱水系統(tǒng)是從德國引進的技術(shù), 國外原先應(yīng)用于電廠。我公司和國內(nèi)著名的院校合作, 在原有的工藝參數(shù)和管道布置及設(shè)備配套上, 結(jié)合國內(nèi)的實際情況加以改進。將此技術(shù)應(yīng)用到防火板, 康貝特板, 彎曲板的生產(chǎn)工藝上, 取得的較好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。經(jīng)過和國內(nèi)的專家, 教授等各方面的大力合作, 使得現(xiàn)在的過熱水系統(tǒng)工藝更完善, 結(jié)構(gòu)更合理, 耐用性更久, 使用和維護成本更低, 設(shè)備的總體投資比從國外引進降低了50%。使用過熱水系統(tǒng)加熱和冷卻壓機, 可以將蒸汽消耗量降低30-45%。既降低了生產(chǎn)成本又提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量, 使產(chǎn)品在市場上更具競爭力。
The technology adopted in overheating system is introduced from German and is widely used for foreign power plant. We, cooperating with famous academy and college and considering our domestic actual situation, have made improvement in the original processing parameter, pipeline arrangement and equipment marching. We adopts such technique in fire-proof plate, kangbit plate and bending plate, which gains a well economic results and social benefits. In cooperation with domestic experts and professors, our overheating system has gained the achievements of more perfect processing, more reasonable structure, more durable and less maintenance cost. The investment on equipment reduces by 50% comparing to import directly from foreign. Heating or cooling compressor using overheating system can reduce the steam consumption by 30-45%, which has reduced the producing cost, improved product quality and made our products more competitive.
